I am a Nutritionist.  I actually went to college back in the 90s for this.  I wanted to be “healthy” for the rest of my life.  I gave up red meat at sixteen and at twenty-four I started eating bacon again, thanks to my now husband.  He thinks I saw the light.  I think I was just hungry.  For the last twenty years I’ve followed my husband around the world for nine moves, supporting his military career, raising our three children, learning new languages, new cultures, and most importantly for me, new recipes.  I’m ready to share what I’ve learned, what kids have taught me (that my science background has proved pointless when the tantrum is about a speck of green in a meatball) and why I think it’s all about being back at the table.  I wear many hats but when I am in the kitchen, it all comes together.  Let’s unplug, laugh and reconnect.  Back At The Table.
